  1. Roll out Mental Health Awareness in line with key world events:
    • Feb: Kids Mental Health week
    • May: Mental Health Week
    • Sept: World Suicide Awareness Day
    • Oct: World Mental Health Day
  2. Appoint a Wellbeing Committee of 4-5 members to look out for club/group wellbeing. Representation from Players, Committee, Volunteers, Parents/Partners.
  3. Contact us to get customised resources to share with your members, create a link with any local mental health groups. This allows you to have a point of contact if any of your members need help.
  4. Engage people while they are in your sporting environment e.g. before or after training.
