  1. Roll out Mental Health Awareness in line with key world events:
    • Feb: Kids Mental Health week
    • May: Mental Health Week
    • Sept: World Suicide Awareness Day
    • Oct: World Mental Health Day
  2. Appoint a Wellbeing Committee of 4-5 members to look out for club/group wellbeing. Representation from Players, Committee, Volunteers, Parents/Partners.
  3. Create a link with any local mental health groups. This allows you to get information to distribute to members.
  4. Engage people while they are in your sporting environment e.g. before or after training.
