LORIC (Leadership, Organisation, Resilience, Initiative and Communication) evolution is essential for each participants completing this course, the LORIC evolution tool is an excellent way to evaluate skills devolvement when delivering your learning to your groups. We recommend you use this LORIC tool with groups such as coaches, trainee coaches, youth leaders, teachers, trainers and even with young leaders. It may not be necessary to use with all the people you work with ie players participates as it may not be age appropriate use your discretion.
