January 2026- St Malachy’s High School Castlewellan

Fantastic session with an amazing group of Anti Bullying Ambassadors.

The young leaders took part in our Leading Well-being program and completely smashed it.

One of the best suggestions I have ever heard about how young people can engage their peers going forward is “Feel good Friday” once a month, what a simple idea to champion positive mental health.

It was fantastic to work with the year 13s and also it’s exciting to know that the few year 11s and 12s already have the base to build on next year and pass the knowledge on to their peers (honestly they could have a quick check on the materials and deliver the program themselves they are that strong).

Always lovely to engage a new school.

Great feedback on our Mindfull play program From St Patricks Primary school

⭐️In our wonderful sessions with TAMHI, we discussed how to understand if a problem is big or small.

👫Together we came up with solutions to solve them through fun games and activities.

👏A huge thank you to Dixie and his team at TAMHI, who are always so engaging with our students.

January 2026- Golf Now

What a day meeting the team at @Golf Now .

If we could move in we would.

It was great to hear about their work supporting Golf Clubs throughout the world, the close ties to Belfast and we were in awe of their fantastic offices.

We talked about our work using the power of golf for good and mental health and we explored linking up.

What a privilege to be linking up with such an outstanding brand and sharing our like minded values.
