We have an absolute ball , litterly, on Thursday as a community/Voluntary delegation from Sweden came to Girdwood Community Hub
Thanks to Belfast City Council support we hosted an informative session combined with some fun and interactive mental wealth games.
We started with a introductions and a game of Problem Overload, followed by Bully Run.
We discussed the challenges in North Belfast in relation to suicide, poverty and poor mental health.
We also talked about the positives and how Girdwood is a hub that has brought the community together.
We organised a Knotted Gun/Girdwood History talk and we concluded we a game focused on positive relationships.
Absolutely amazing afternoon spent with amazing people.
