T.A.M.H.I creates bespoke Mental Health Resources for Sports Club in Northern Ireland.

How does it all work?

Register your club with T.A.M.H.I for free by contacting us.

  • We will create your bespoke club resources around Mental Health for you to share with your club.
  • Download the TAMHI app.
  • We will send you login details for you to access our e-learning site that gives your access to our "Mental Wealth Games", this has been designed and proven to highlight mental health within your club.
  • Ongoing support regarding funding opportunities and support with other clubs.
  • To support our services we ask if clubs could please facilitate at least one fundraiser per year dedicated to T.A.M.H.I.

TAMHI: My Club & Mental Health

Length: 30 mins
TAMHI: My Club & Mental Health Length: 30 mins ALL coaches should have a basic understanding of mental health and emotional wellbeing. This course covers · “What is mental health?” · “Signs to look out for” and “ · Championing Positive Mental Health.”

Sport NI: Basic Mental Health Awareness

Length: 30 mins
The course can be completed at your own pace and provides a certificate upon completion. It is designed to: • Increase knowledge around Mental Health & Mental Ill Health; • Understand the symptoms of Mental Health disorders; • Learn how you can support yourself and others.

GAA One Good Coach

Length: 40 mins
This online workshop is aimed at One Good Adults who coach or train young people within the the Gaelic Games.  As a result of this workshop, participants will: Have a greater understanding of mental health. Have a greater understanding of the importance of their role as One Good Adult. Have a greater awareness of how to promote and support young people’s mental health in their role as coach

Zero Suicide Alliance

Length: 20 mins
An in-depth suicide awareness training. In 20 minutes you will gain the skills and confidence to help someone who may be considering suicide. When you complete this training you will understand the importance of breaking stigma surrounding suicide by encouraging open conversations about it.
