Ahead of the Game is the Irish Football Association mental health programme that equips coaches and club leaders with the knowledge and tools to promote positive mental health. The course equips clubs with a basic understanding on mental heath and emotional wellbeing and is supported by a mental health toolkit that will allow clubs to raise awareness.
