February 2025- St Ronan’s College

The word exceptional is the only way I can describe the leadership team of St Ronan’s College Lurgan

They just delivered their #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek session as part of our The National Lottery Community Fund Northern Ireland Mental Wealth Games program and WOW, just WOW.

Delivery on point, Organisation on point, Planning on point, Leadership… Exceptional

Great feedback from the school

During training in October with T.A.M.H.I, members of our Senior Leadership team created a game called ‘Busy Emotional Bees’. Joe from T.A.M.H.I has since taken the ‘Busy Emotional Bees’ game and rolled it out with his team, who are now delivering it in various primary schools.

Today Joe presented Emily Mulgrew and Annie Walsh with a Busy Bee’s plaque of their game and showed us videos of primary school children playing it. This game is helping primary school children all over Northern Ireland. It will support them to understand, overcome and recognise their emotions and feelings.

We are so proud that this game was created by our students. 💛💚❤️

Huge well done to our girls and a massive thanks to Joe for all his work with our Leadership teams empowering them with skills to support others.
