“They loved it ,, we had a wee cuppa first and spoke about the Take 5 Steps and they gave some examples and we had a very relaxed discussion on how we can promote the take 5 messages, done a wee warm up , then done holding me back but they had to overturn the cones and shout out the Take 5 step underneath then on the way back they had to shout out an example of a take 5 step ,, then we done Target a Take 5 ,, each cone with a ball on it had a take 5 step and they had to knock all the balls off”
