Welcome to our events page! Here at TAMHI, we are passionate about promoting positive mental health and resilience through the power of sports. As a mental health charity based in Northern Ireland, we work closely with sports clubs, schools, and youth groups to make mental health engaging and fun.

On this page, we will keep you updated with all the upcoming events that we will be hosting or participating in. From workshops and talks to unique activities and games, our approach is focused on raising the capacity of grassroots groups to connect with their members in relation to mental health.

T.A.M.H.I EVENTS

November 2023- Belfast Royal Academy

Great to see our Young Leaders from Belfast Royal Academy delivering our Bully-Run game to highlight Anti-Bullying Week. They delivered to over 90 pupils today. Well done 👏 girls in organising and showcasing a great event. We also gave out some keyrings highlighting local support services.

Rosario Football Club Belfast final session tonight as part of Ulster University pilot evaluation.

Tonight we delivered #antibullyingawarenessweek sessions and Holding me Back which promotes help seeking behaviour and Take 5 Steps for Wellbeing.

November 2023- Naomh Éanna CLG

Naomh Éanna CLG girls starting the Ulster University PHD research project.

Today we focused on Mental health awareness. This is the final part of the jigsaw for the evaluation of the impact of our Games Based Mental Health approach on adolescent youth.

Sport NI crowdfunding being utilised to deliver this dedicated programme that will hopefully help clubs across NI take Mental health to the field or sports where the young people want to be.
