Belfast High School officially started their Mental Wealth Games programme smashed it.
The long term aspiration is that peers support peers and they pass the knowledge and baton onto the next wellbeing ambassadors.
As a school these are guys are outstanding and we are looking forward to checking in on them as they support year 8 throughout the year and deliver a few assemblies focused on Anti Bullying and Emotional well-being.

Its an honour to be featured and Tamhi Tackling Awareness of Mental Health Issues is grateful for the belief that the University shows in our work and the value they place on Mental Health.
This morning we met with Queen’s University Belfast and the outstanding Amanda to talk, Evaluation, Frameworks, Current Practice and patterns and predictions as part of The National Lottery Community Fund Northern Ireland programme.
Then after a meeting in the absolutely stunning Ulster University student Roost at Nelson Street (Indoor Hall and Top Floor Running Track available for Hire) I took a walk across the road to get a selfie with the Billboard (which is coming down soon )
Back to the office to contact schools and prepare for Mental Health day 10th October. #mentalhealthawareness
