April is Stress Awareness Month, and this year’s theme is ‘Little By Little, A Little Becomes A Lot’. This is the idea that small consistent actions each day contribute to overall well-being as a cumulative effect.

They just completely smashed their Spring into Wellbeing programme delivering Relationships Goals and Fill your bucket (Self Care) to over 100 year 8 pupils.
Honestly I sat and watched, not being lazy, just in absolute awe of how from start to finish these guys where in full control.
