Week 1 started with Ulster University PhD research on Impact of Games Based Approach to Mental health on adolescent Youth" with Rosario Football Club Belfast 2007 Boys team and coach Barry Black.
Tonight we delivered Choice Ball which challenges myths and facts about Mental health. We adopted a quick fire 2 v2 and then 3 v 3 winner stays on with ball constantly being fed in to ensure it was quick and intense.
The guys knew all the right answers which was really rewarding. A short warm up game, a quick team huddle and a #mentalhealthawareness message dropped in.
