Welcome to our events page! Here at TAMHI, we are passionate about promoting positive mental health and resilience through the power of sports. As a mental health charity based in Northern Ireland, we work closely with sports clubs, schools, and youth groups to make mental health engaging and fun.

On this page, we will keep you updated with all the upcoming events that we will be hosting or participating in. From workshops and talks to unique activities and games, our approach is focused on raising the capacity of grassroots groups to connect with their members in relation to mental health.

April 2024- Bespoke Barbershop supporting TAMHI

Great chat today with Gerry and Jordan from bespoke barbers.

Jordan is running the marathon for Tamhi and both the lads are interested in some training with ourselves and other Barber shops (place were some men open up).

The 2 inspirational lads open there 3rd barbershop this month 👏 and to top it all there 1st day takings there donating to TAMHI #RESPECT👏👏👏#BESPOKE#TAMHIFAMILY

March 2024- Cycling around Ireland for TAMHI

Our friend Dean McCrudden is cycling the four furthest peaks in the whole of Ireland just over 1000 miles within 10 days 👏👏👏👏👏 to raise funds for TAMHI
